“Yoga and counseling both invite us to listen deeply—to the body, the mind, and the heart.
Together, they guide us toward healing, balance, and the discovery of our true selves.”
About Linde van der Burg
Linde van der Burg’s path to counselling and psychotherapy has evolved through a domino effect. Her fascination with the human body and its incredible capacities first led her to become a fitness and bootcamp instructor. As she sought a deeper understanding of the integration between body and mind, she became a yoga teacher. Yoga then sparked her profound interest in the nervous system and holistic approaches to healing, which ultimately led her to study psychotherapy. Linde’s background is rich and varied across different modalities—besides therapy, she works as a trauma-informed yoga teacher, a sound bath facilitator trained in Nepal, a reformer instructor, and an assisted stretch facilitator. She deeply believes in the wisdom of the body and its ability to guide individuals toward healing.
As an integrative therapist, Linde tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. Being bilingual in Dutch and English and an immigrant herself, she connects with a diverse range of people.
Through her profound love for nature and the outdoors, Linde sees immense benefits in incorporating nature into therapy. She believes that combining talk therapy with somatic practices and nature creates a powerful pathway to healing, integration, and overall well-being.
Her approach is non-judgmental and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space that honors the journey of healing and growth for both body and mind.
