Not everybody who comes to counselling has a major problem or issue that needs addressing. Sometimes there is simply a deep dissatisfaction with the way life is, a desire to do something about it, and a recognition that some help might be required.

At MGA Counselling Services, we have a unique approach to life direction, based on the foundational concepts of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Don’t be conned into the hype of life-coaching, spend thousands of dollars, and be told you must do things that don’t suit your personality or character. For the same costs as counselling, Matt will work with you to deal with the things from your past that are holding you back, establish good routines of self-care, identify your values, and set some goals to move you forward into the future you want.

Suitable for people of all ages and all walks of life, but particularly useful for school and university leavers.
