About Laura Cox
Laura completed her Master of Counselling at Monash University and brings over 10 years of experience as a Bush Adventure Therapist to her practice. She has worked extensively with both individuals and groups, and with all age groups, offering a person-centred, compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
Believing strongly in people’s inherent capacity for change, Laura integrates various techniques in her sessions, drawing from Nature-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her practice offers both indoor and outdoor sessions, allowing for flexible and dynamic therapeutic experiences.
