How it Works

Step one

Get in touch to arrange a free, no obligation chat about what your needs are. We will ask about your business, how many staff you have, and what are some of the recurring needs in your industry.

Step two

Working together, we will come up with an EAP package to suit your business. This will include the number of sessions offered to each empoyee and any add ons. Note there is no annual fee to run your program, but a one off $250 set up fee applies.

Step three

The program is launched in your workplace with advertising material and an online introduction.

Step four

The program then runs in the background with invoices being sent through either weekly or monthly.

Step five

We review the progress of the pgram after six months and make any adjustments required. Annual reviews are held from then on.
