High Sensitivity / Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)

“You’re just too sensitive!”

How many times have you heard that?

How often have you tried to do something about it but don’t seem to get anywhere other than believing there is something horribly wrong with you?

It could be that there is NOTHING wrong with you at all. You simply have the high sensitivity personality trait.

A highly sensitive person (known as HSP) experience the world differently to others. They feel more deeply, they sense things that others miss, they are easily wounded or overwhelmed. When recognised and managed properly, being a HSP is not a curse. It makes your experience of life richer and more fulfilling, with little glimpses of beauty in the everyday.

Matt Glover from MGA Counselling Services is himself a highly sensitive person and has learned not only to recognise his trait but work with it to be a successful business owner, counsellor, workshop presenter, artist and public speaker.

To discuss whether you might be a highly sensitive person and to discuss your counselling needs, call Matt Glover on 1300 38 50 20 or email
